NCDC and USPHL Premier organizations join forces to create a clear development pathway for players on the West Coast.
The Ventura Vikings of the National Collegiate Development Conference (NCDC) and the Salt Lake Ghost Riders of the United States Premier Hockey League (USPHL Premier) have officially announced an affiliate partnership for the 2026–27 season, creating an exciting new pipeline for player development and advancement within the USPHL system.
The partnership aligns two organizations that share a common mission — developing student-athletes both on and off the ice and providing them with a clear, structured pathway to collegiate hockey and beyond.
