Within the California Titans organization, Luc's coaching tenure from 2012 to 2017 saw remarkable success, including NAPHL Championships in 2010 and 2012 with the 18AAA team. As a player, Luc enjoyed a fourteen-year professional career, highlighted by prestigious awards such as the Murrayfield Racer Most Valuable Player Award in 1998 and multiple recognitions from the Tulsa Oilers, including six Most Valuable Player Awards and the honor of being the CHL leading scorer in 1997. Luc's contributions to the sport were immortalized with the retirement of his jersey by the Tulsa Oilers in 2023.
Educated at College Francais Montreal Quebec and fluent in both English and French, Luc brings a wealth of knowledge to his roles. As the Director of Hockey Operations at Iceoplex in Simi Valley, California since 2001 and the owner of LB Hockey, Luc continues to shape the hockey landscape with his passion and expertise. Jeff's coaching journey is complemented by a robust playing background, including his time at Thayer Academy from 1992 to 1996 and as a collegiate player at Saint Anselm College, in Manchester, NH where he served as Team Captain and competed in NCAA Div. 2 hockey from 1996 to 2001.
Beyond the rink, Jeff's dedication to education is evident. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Saint Anselm College and earned a Master of Education from Rivier University in Nashua, NH, in 2008. His commitment to professional development is underscored by his attainment of a USA Hockey Level 4 Certification and Safe Sport Certification.
Since 2021, he has served as a Special Education Teacher in the Las Virgenes School District in Calabasas, CA, and previously spent eighteen years as a Special Education Teacher in the Manchester School District in Manchester, NH.
Jeff's diverse background in hockey coaching and education underscores his multifaceted approach to mentorship and development. His blend of on-ice expertise and classroom experience makes him a valuable asset to both the hockey community and the field of education.

Born and raised in Thousand Oaks, CA, Adam began playing hockey at four years old, and has spent his life developing a deep passion for the game both on and off the ice. Over the years, he competed through several travel and tier programs, including the California Titans, California Heat, and of course, the Ventura Mariners. He later went
Born and raised in Thousand Oaks, CA, Adam began playing hockey at four years old, and has spent his life developing a deep passion for the game both on and off the ice. Over the years, he competed through several travel and tier programs, including the California Titans, California Heat, and of course, the Ventura Mariners. He later went on to play college hockey in the ACHA for California Lutheran University before beginning his coaching career.
In addition to his playing career, Adam has built extensive experience across many areas of the hockey world. He began as an equipment assistant with the Bakersfield Condors as a teenager, and has since worked his way into leadership roles managing hockey operations and facilities, including serving as Director of Hockey Operations at The Plex in San Jose, and his current position serving as president of Ventura Roller Sports, Ventura County’s only roller hockey program.
Adam also brings years of international playing experience as he currently serves as captain of Team Israel’s national inline hockey program. Most recently, the team earned a silver medal at the South American Games in Amparo, Brazil.
As a coach, Adam has worked with players from the 8U age group, through 16/18U levels. Adam most recently lead his 10U team to a championship winning season with the California Heat, where the team took home a SCAHA league title. Drawing from his wide range of experiences in the sport, he is passionate about developing players both on and off the ice while creating a positive and competitive environment for every player.

Tyler's playing career commenced at Minot High School in Minot, ND, where he earned accolades as an all-state and all-region player, setting the stage for his ascent in the hockey world.

He continued his athletic pursuits at the collegiate level, honing his skills at St. Norbert College before transferring to Arizona State University,.
Transitioning to the professional realm, Tyler showcased his talents in various leagues, including stints in the CHL with teams like Amarillo, Odessa, and Arizona, as well as in the ECHL with Utah. Notably, his skills even earned him a coveted position as a practice goalie for the Arizona Coyotes in the NHL.
Tyler's passion for the game extends beyond his playing days, as evidenced by his illustrious coaching career. He has made significant contributions to the development of young talent, serving in coaching roles with prestigious programs such as the AZ Jr Coyotes AAA, AZ Bobcats AAA, California Titans AAA, and CSUN. Under the mentorship of esteemed coaches like Benoit Allaire of the NY Rangers and Sean Burke of the LV Golden Knights, Tyler refined his coaching acumen, instilling in his players the same dedication and work ethic that defined his own playing career.
In addition to his coaching endeavors, Tyler boasts extensive scouting connections with prominent leagues such as the WHL and USHL, further solidifying his reputation as a keen evaluator of hockey talent.

His hockey journey has taken him around the world. Jett has competed in the United States, Canada, and New Zealand where he played professional hockey with the Skycity Stampede in the NZIHL. That kind of experience at multiple levels of the game gives Jett a unique ability to evaluate talent and understand what it takes to compete and succeed at the next level.
In his time with the Ventura Vikings in the USPHL Premier Jett put up 20 goals and 53 assists for 73 points in 39 games. He went on to play college hockey in Canada at Portage College in the ACAC conference where he continued to grow as a player and a person.
Now Jett brings all of that knowledge experience and passion back to the Vikings as a scout. His eye for talent his understanding of the game and his firsthand knowledge of what it takes to advance make him an incredible asset to our program and to every player he evaluates.

Kai Tsoar is a shining example of what the Ventura Vikings pathway is all about. During his time with the Vikings Kai established himself as one of the most dynamic and decorated players in the program's history. He earned multiple Player of the Week and Player of the Month honors and was a consistent force on the ice every time he steppe

Kai went on to win a National Championship with the Vernal Oilers in the USPHL Premier — adding another major achievement to an already impressive resume. His hockey journey has taken him across North America competing at the junior level in Canada, at the NCDC level with the Rock Springs Grizzlies, and at the USPHL Premier level where he put up 23 goals and 39 assists for 62 points in just 20 games with the Vikings.
Kai also had a standout playoff run with the Vernal Oilers posting 5 goals and 6 assists for 11 points in 8 games when it mattered most.
Today Kai is living out his dream playing NCAA Division 3 hockey at St. John Fisher University in New York. He is proof that the pathway from Ventura to college hockey is real and that the work you put in here matters.

Within our organized, structured, competitive, and supervised environment, we actively nurture gifted young players, empowering them to develop their skills and reach their full potential.
